Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2016 FORD EXPLORER. WHILE OPERATING THE VEHICLE, EXHAUST FUMES WERE PRESENT INSIDE THE CABIN. THE CONTACT INDICATED THAT THE FAILURE OCCURRED WHILE DEPRESSING THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL. THE DEALER INDICATED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS OPERATING NORMALLY AND ADVISED THE CONTACT NOT TO PRESS THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL TOO HARD. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 1,000.
