Consumer Description

DRIVER SIDE DOOR HANDLE/LOCK NOT OPERATING - VERY VERY HARD TO GET DOOR HANDLE/LOCK TO UNLOCK AND ALLOW ME TO EXIT CAR THRU DRIVER SIDE DOOR. EVEN FOB WOULD NOT WORK PROPERLY TO UNLOCK DOOR TO ALLOW EXIT. THIS COULD BE A VERY SERIOUS SAFETY FACTOR IN THE EVENT OF A COLLISION ESPECIALLY IF IT RESULTED IN A FIRE. THIS HAPPENED FOR THE FIST TIME ON 2/17/17 WHEN I ARRIVED AT WORK AND HAS CONTINUED SINCE.
