TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2016 SUBARU OUTBACK. THE CONTACT STATED THAT ALL FOUR DOORS FAILED TO OPEN AND REQUIRED EXCESSIVE FORCE. THE CONTACT MENTIONED THAT THE ICE WOULD BUILD UP, CAUSING THE FAILURE.
