Consumer Description

WHILE COMING TO A STOP ON A HIGHWAY EXIT RAMP, THE TIMING CHAIN OF MY 2010 GMC TERRAIN WITH 70,707 MILES BECAME DISENGAGED RESULTING IN A CATASTROPHIC ENGINE FAILURE. THE CONSUMER STATED THE VEHICLE FAILED WITHOUT WARNING. THE MANUFACTURER OFFERED THE CONSUMER $2,000 TOWARDS A NEW VEHICLE. THE CONSUMER DECLINED THE OFFER. *JS
