I RECEIVED NOTICE THAT I NEED A NEW AIRBAG FROM THE RECALL AS OF JULY 29, 2016. NO RECALL ON MY VEHICLE HAS BEEN UNDERTAKEN AS OF YET. I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW THE REASON FOR THE DELAY.
