Consumer Description
THE VEHICLE WAS PARKED INSIDE THE SHOP AND I WAS VACUUMING OUT THE REAR CARGO AREA OF A 2016 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE (I WAS A DETAILER FOR FOR A LOCAL JEEP DEALERSHIP) WHEN THE STRUTS FOR THE REAR GATE GAVE OUT AND THE DOOR DROPPED AND LANDED ACROSS MY BACK. I HAVE BEEN OUT OF WORK SINCE THE INCIDENT, HAVE RECENTLY HAD BACK SURGERY AND AM CURRENTLY COLLECTING DISABILITY PAY.
