Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 DODGE DURANGO. THE CONTACT BACKED THE VEHICLE IN THE DRIVEWAY, AND EXITED THE VEHICLE WITH THE KEY IN THE IGNITION AND THE GEAR SELECTOR IN PARK. THE VEHICLE INDEPENDENTLY SHIFTED OUT OF PARK INTO DRIVE ON AN INCLINE, AND REVERSED DOWN THE DRIVEWAY INTO A NEIGHBOR'S GARAGE AND BRICKS. THE INSURANCE COMPANY WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE CONTACT WAS ABLE TO SHIFT THE GEAR INTO PARK. A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS NOT AVAILABLE.
