Consumer Description

I RECEIVED A SAFETY RECALL REGARDING MY 2012 DODGE CALIBER, REGARDING A LOSS OF AIR BAG AND SEAT BELT PRETENSIONER DEPLOYMENT CAPABILITY DURING A CRASH DUE TO SHORTING CONDITION RESULTING IN NEGATIVE VOLTAGE TRANSIENT THAT TRAVELS TO THE OCCUPANT RESTRAINT CONTROLLER VIA THE FRONT IMPACT SENSOR WIRES. I RECEIVED THIS NOTICE AT LEAST 6 MONTHS AGO AND NO ACTION HAS HAPPENED YET REGARDING THIS RECALL. PLEASE HAVE THIS REVIEWED AS I TRAVEL MY FAMILY AROUND IN THIS CAR AND NEED TO MAKE SURE IT IS UP TO STANDARDS. THANK YOU
