THE CONTACT CALLED A LOCAL DEALER (NASHVILLE CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP LOCATED ON 5800 CROSSINGS BLVD, ANTIOCH, TN 37013) AND WAS INFORMED THAT PARTS WERE NOT AVAILABLE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE ISSUE. THE CONTACT HAD NOT EXPERIENCED A FAILURE. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE. PARTS DISTRIBUTION DISCONNECT.
