Consumer Description
THE REAR POWER LIFT GATE DOOR ON MY 2010 CADILLAC SRX (23,000 MILES) RECENTLY STARTED CLOSING SUDDENLY ONLY SECONDS AFTER OPENING. DURING THE 2ND TIME THIS HAPPENED, I WAS STRUCK ON THE BACK OF THE HEAD AND UPPER BACK. THIS IS A VERY DANGEROUS SITUATION AND COULD INJURE AN ADULT, OR WORSE - A CHILD! CADILLAC NEEDS TO FIX THIS IMMEDIATELY. PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHAT I SHOULD DO. THANKS.
