Consumer Description

HERE IS A NEAR NEW MODEL X IN THE JUNKYARD. HTTPS://WWW.COPART.COM/LOT/43745346/PHOTOS THE ENTIRE BACK SUSPENSION HAS BEEN RIPPED OFF AND THIS IS THE RESULT OF BAD DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION AND NOT AN ACCIDENT. I AM ASTOUNDED THAT THE OWNER DID NOT FILE A COMPLAINT. YOU HAVE MORE THAN ENOUGH EVIDENCE TO CONCLUDE THAT TESLA SUSPENSIONS ARE DANGEROUS. THE TRACTION CONTROL ON TESLAS WORKS BY APPLYING THE BRAKES ON THE WHEEL THAT IS LOSING GRIP ON THE ROAD SURFACE. UNDER HARD ACCELERATION ENORMOUS TORQUE CAN BE APPLIED TO THE SUSPENSION. IT IS CLEARLY NOT STRONG ENOUGH FOR THE JOB. PLEASE ISSUE A RECALL. (DATE OF INCIDENT IS AN APPROXIMATION)
