Consumer Description

ON JULY 29, 2016, I BACKED THE TRUCK OUT OF THE GARAGE AND PLACED THE ROTARY SHIFT KNOB IN PARK. I STEPPED OUT OF THE VEHICLE WITH THE ENGINE RUNNING TO GRAB SOMETHING OUT OF THE GARAGE. AS I STEPPED POUT THE VEHICLE START MOVING FORWARD AT IDLE SPEED. I TRIED TO STEP IN ( THE DOOR WAS STILL OPEN) TO STEP ON THE BRAKE, BUT AS IT ENTERED THE GARAGE, THE DOOR WAS BEING PUSHED SHUT. I BACKED OUT JUST PRIOR TO BEING CRUSHED BY THE DRIVER'S DOOR. THE TRUCKED CONTINUED FORWARD, SMASHING THRU THE BACK OF THE GARAGE WALL AND CAME TO A STOP WITH THE BUMPER ABOUT A FOOT THROUGH THE WALL. *TR
