TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 BMW 328I. WHILE DRIVING 65 MPH, THE CHECK ENGINE WARNING INDICATOR ILLUMINATED. IN ADDITION, WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS PARKED IN THE CONTACT'S DRIVEWAY, A LOUD ABNORMAL SOUND WAS HEARD AND THE CONTACT NOTICED FLAMES AROUND THE ENGINE COMPARTMENT. THE FIRE DEPARTMENT EXTINGUISHED THE FIRE AND FILED A REPORT. THERE WERE NO INJURIES. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 130,000.
