TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 NISSAN ROGUE. THE CONTACT STATED THE VEHICLE EXPERIENCED UNINTENDED ACCELERATION WHILE BEING DRIVEN AT VARIOUS SPEEDS. THE FAILURE OCCURRED WITHOUT WARNING. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A DEALER WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE SOFTWARE NEEDED TO BE UPDATED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED, BUT THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE.
