TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2016 DODGE JOURNEY. WHILE DRIVING 55 MPH, THE VEHICLE SURGED AND THE SERVICE ENGINE INDICATOR ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE LOST ALL POWER AND WAS TOWED TO A DEALER WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE CAM POSITION SENSOR NEEDED TO BE REPLACED, BUT THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 2,000.
