Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 RAM 1500. THE CONTACT OBSERVED THAT THE VEHICLE LOWERED ONTO THE TIRES INDEPENDENTLY DURING THE WINTER MONTHS WITHOUT WARNING. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE CONTROL MODULE FAILED AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED, BUT THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 18,000.
