Consumer Description

I HAVE HAD MY TOYOTA CAMRY SINCE 2012 HOWEVER WHEN I CALLED IN TO MAKE A COMPLAINT ABOUT THE EXCESSIVE OIL CONSUMPTION, I WAS TOLD I WAS NOT EVEN REGISTERED WITH TOYOTA. I FIND THAT DISTURBING BECAUSE I HAVE RECEIVED NOTICES IN THE PAST. I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY NOTICES ABOUT THE OIL CONSUMPTION TEST. I EVEN HAVE NOTICES FROM TOYOTA TO PROVE THAT I HAVE RECEIVED NOTICES IN THE PAST. WHEN I CALLED IN JACKIE THE SPECIALIST SAID I WAS NOT IN THE SYSTEM AND HAD TO BE REGISTERED. NOW I'M STUCK WITH THIS PROBLEM, AND FEEL THAT THIS SO UNFAIR.
