Consumer Description

WENT TO GO TO LUNCH TODAY AND CRANKED THE CAR UP AND IT STARTED AND NO LIGHTS CAME ON OR RADIO. STARTED TO BACK OUT AND THERE WAS NO STEERING. TURNED OFF THE CAR AND RESTARTED IT AND THE RADIO AND LIGHTS CAME ON BUT SERVICETRAC LIGHT STILL WAS ON DASH. CALLED FORD AND THEY SAID IT WAS A STEERING FAULT BUT TO STILL DRIVE IT AND BRING IT IN ON WEDNESDAY THAT IT WAS SAFE TO DRIVE. UM I AM NOT AN IDIOT BUT THAT DOES NOT SEEM SAFE TO DRIVE IF THE STEERING GOES OUT. LIGHT WENT OFF AFTER I LEFT WORK AND ALL IS WORKING FOR NOW.
