TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 FORD FUSION THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS DRIVEN TO THE DEALER TO HAVE ALL FOUR TIRES ROTATED. IT WAS EXTREMELY DIFFICULT FOR THE MECHANIC TO REMOVE THE LUG NUTS; THEREFORE, ALL TWENTY LUG NUTS WERE REPLACED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 60,000.
