TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 BUICK LACROSSE. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 5 MPH, THE WARNING CHIME SUDDENLY ACTIVATED AND THE POWER STEERING MALFUNCTIONED. THE STEERING WHEEL BECAME VERY DIFFICULT TO TURN. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO THE DEALER, BUT THE CAUSE OF THE FAILURE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED.
