TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 BUICK REGAL. WHILE STOPPED AT A TRAFFIC LIGHT, THE VEHICLE BEGAN TO PUTTER AND HESITATE WHILE ACCELERATING. THE FAILURE OCCURRED RANDOMLY. THE DEALER DIAGNOSED THAT THE ENGINE FRACTURED AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED; HOWEVER, THE CONTACT HEARD A GRINDING NOISE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 50,000.
