Consumer Description

THE STEERING ON THE VEHICLE BEGAN TO ACT LIMITED AND TOUGH TO CONTROL. LAST WEEK WHEN TURNING THROUGH AN INTERSECTION, IT BECAME DIFFICULT TO CONTROL AND AVOIDED AN ACCIDENT ONLY DUE TO LOW RATE OF SPEED. PULLED THE OFF TO THE SIDE AND GOT THE VEHICLE OFF OF THE ROAD IMMEDIATELY AFTER THIS ISSUE. IF TURN WAS CONDUCTED AT A HIGHER RATE OF SPEED, IT COULD HAVE BEEN A PROBLEM. AFTER HAVING THE VEHICLE IN THE SHOP FOR THREE DAYS IT WAS DETERMINED THAT THERE WAS A MALFUNCTION OF THE POWER STEERING AND A BAD POWER STEERING PUMP. THIS WAS EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING FOR A VEHICLE WITH ONLY 70,000 MILES. *TR
