TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 BUICK ENCLAVE. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 70 MPH, THE RPMS BEGAN TO DECREASE WITHOUT WARNING AND THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL FAILED, WHEN DEPRESSED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE VIN WAS UNKNOWN. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 133,000.
