TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 FORD F-350. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE WINDSHIELD WIPERS REMAINED ACTIVATED AND WOULD NOT TURN OFF. THE DEALER WAS UNABLE TO DIAGNOSE THE CAUSE OF THE FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER STATED THAT THERE WAS NO RECALL. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 5,000.
