REAR DRIVER SIDE DOOR FLEW OPEN WHILE DAUGHTER WAS IN THE BACK SEAT. SHE FELL OUT THE CAR. PERSON WAS DRIVING THE VEHICLE AND THE DOOR JUST FLEW OPEN. PLEASE GET TO THE BOTTOM OF THIS IMMEDIATELY.
