TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 DODGE JOURNEY. WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS STATIONARY IN THE DRIVE POSITION ON AN INCLINE, IT ROLLED BACKWARDS. THE DEALER DIAGNOSED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS OPERATING NORMALLY AND NO FAILURE WAS IDENTIFIED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 30,000. UPDATED 01/05/17*LJ
