TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 DODGE GRAND CARAVAN. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE'S FRONT DRIVER AND PASSENGER WINDOWS WOULD INDEPENDENTLY ROLL DOWN AND THE DOORS WOULD UNLOCK. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURES. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 96,000.
