EXSESSIVE RUST CAUSING SEIZED BOLTS RELATED TO SUSPENSION. CANNOT DO PROPER ALIGNMENT OR CHANGE LEAKING SHOCK WITHOUT MAJOR PARTS BEING CUT FROM FRAME.
