Consumer Description
PASSENGER DOOR LATCH FAILED AND CAR DOOR FLEW OPEN AS I WAS MAKING A LEFT TURN ON A STREET AND DOOR LATCH WOULD NO LONGER WORK.TOOK MY CAR TO FORD AND THEY SAID MY CAR WAS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RECALL EVEN THOUGH OTHER 2013 AND 2014 FORD FIESTA'S HAVE HAD RECALLS FOR THE SAME PROBLEM.I SENT THE RECALL I FOUND AND A PICTURE OF THE NUMBERS ON THE DOOR LATCH THAT WAS REMOVED. I HAVE THE EMAIL FROM THE FORD SERVICE CENTER AND THE RECEIPT WHERE THEY CHARGED ME TO LOOK AT MY CAR.
