Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 CHEVROLET IMPALA. AFTER ENTERING THE KEY INTO THE IGNITION, THE IGNITION SWITCH FAILED TO OPERATE. THE CONTACT MENTIONED THAT THE KEY BECAME STUCK IN THE IGNITION. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS UNKNOWN.
