TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 CHEVROLET COBALT. WHILE DRIVING 15 MPH, THE VEHICLE STALLED AND THE STEERING WHEEL WAS UNABLE TO MOVE. THE POWER STEERING WARNING INDICATOR ILLUMINATED. THE CONTACT WAS ABLE TO RESTART THE VEHICLE AFTER THREE MINUTES. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 149,769.
