Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 MERCURY MILAN. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE REAR DRIVER SIDE DOOR WOULD NOT UNLOCK. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHO DIAGNOSED THAT THE LOCKING MOTOR MECHANISM WAS FAULTY AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. IN ADDITION, THE INTERIOR DOOR HANDLES FOR EACH DOOR FAILED AND WERE ALSO REPLACED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURES. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 57,400.
