TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 BUICK LACROSSE. WHILE DRIVING VARIOUS SPEEDS OR APPLYING THE BRAKES, THE CONTACT HEARD A LOUD THUMPING NOISE COMING FROM THE REAR OF THE VEHICLE. THERE WERE NO WARNING INDICATORS ILLUMINATED. THE DEALER REPLACED BOTH REAR BRAKES, STRUTS, AND SHOCKS; HOWEVER, THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 90,000.
