TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 TOYOTA RAV4. WHILE DRIVING 25 MPH IN LOW SPEED, THE STEERING WHEEL VIBRATED VIOLENTLY. THE FAILURE RECURRED NUMEROUS TIMES. THE DEALER DIAGNOSED THAT THE VENTILATION FAN COVER CAUSED THE VIBRATION. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 50,000.
