TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 CHEVROLET MALIBU. WHEN THE WEATHER WAS BELOW 50 DEGREES, THE VEHICLE FAILED TO ACCELERATE. WHEN THE FAILURE OCCURRED, THE REDUCE ENGINE POWER AND TRACTION CONTROL INDICATORS ILLUMINATED. THE CAUSE OF THE FAILURE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 98,000.
