Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 TOYOTA SIENNA. WHILE ATTEMPTING TO OPEN THE REAR DRIVER'S SIDE DOOR, THE DOOR ONLY OPENED ENOUGH FOR SMALL CHILDREN TO GET IN AND OUT OF THE VEHICLE. THE CONTACT ALSO STATED THAT THE PASSENGER SIDE DOOR ONLY OPENED A FEW INCHES. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE CONTACT WAS ADVISED TO CONTACT THE MANUFACTURER. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 96,000. UPDATED 01/11/2017*CT THE CONSUMER STATED MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED BUT INFORMED THEY COULD NOT ASSIST WITH THE PROBLEM. *TR
