THE VEHICLE WAS IN MOTION. WHILE I WAS DRIVING I HIT DEEP POTHOLES WERE THEY WERE DO CONSTRUCTION ON THE ROADS AND THE HUBCAPS CAME OFF ON THE SAME SIDE AT THE SAME TIME.
