TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2016 FORD EXPEDITION. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 45 MPH, A LOUD EXPLOSION SUDDENLY OCCURRED INSIDE THE VEHICLE. UPON INSPECTION, IT WAS DISCOVERED THAT THE DRIVER SIDE THIRD ROW WINDOW HAD EXPLODED AND SHATTERED. THE CAUSE OF THE FAILURE WAS NOT DETERMINED. THE WINDOW WAS REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 7,096.
