BODY RECALL. THE PAINT ON MY 2015 CHEVY IMPALA SEEMS TO BE DEFECTIVE. IT HOLDS AN IMPRINT OF EVERYTHING THAT TOUCHES THE VEHICLE. OR IT MAY BE A FAULTY CLEAR COAT. BUT THE PAINT JOB IS DEFECTIVE.
