Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 CHRYSLER 300. WHILE DRIVING 40 MPH, THE BATTERY SAVE MODE WARNING INDICATOR ILLUMINATED. THE FAILURE RECURRED FOUR TIMES. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO A DEALER WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE BATTERY FAILED AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED; HOWEVER, THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 35,000.
