Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 RAM 1500. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 70 MPH, THE VEHICLE STALLED AND THE SERVICE ELECTRONIC ERROR MESSAGE ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS ABLE TO BE RESTARTED MINUTES LATER. THE FAILURE RECURRED MULTIPLE TIMES. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER, BUT THE CAUSE OF THE FAILURE WAS UNDETERMINED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE CONTACT MENTIONED THAT THE DOME LIGHT FLICKERED INTERMITTENTLY. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER, BUT NO FAILURE WAS FOUND. IN ADDITION, THE DOORS FAILED TO UNLOCK AND LOCK. THE CONTACT HAD TO USE THE KEY TO FUNCTION THE DOORS. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE.
