Consumer Description

MY 2009 DODGE JOURNEY SXT WILL COMPLETELY SHUT OFF WHILE DRIVING, NOT STOPPED BUT RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF DRIVING. THIS HAS HAPPEN 2 TIMES SENSE GETTING IT BACK FROM THE DEALER IN JANUARY FROM TAKING IT IN FOR THE RECALL FOR THIS VERY PROBLEM. THIS IS VERY DANGEROUS AND NOW I AM BEING TOLD TO BRING IT BACK TO THE DEALERSHIP FOR A DIAGNOSTIC TEST TO SEE IF IT RELATED TO THE RECALL AND IF NOT RELATED THEN I WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR THE DIAGNOSIS LOL YEA RIGHT!! I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF A CAR DYING WHILE DRIVING IT. IF I AM TOLD I HAVE TO PAY AS MICH AS ONE PENNY THE ONLY THING I WILL BE PAYING FOR IS A LAWYER.
