TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE. THE CONTACT RECEIVED NOTIFICATION OF NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 15V879000 (ELECTRICAL SYSTEM, INTERIOR LIGHTING). THE DEALER WAS UNABLE TO SUPPLY THE PARTS FOR MONTHS. THE CONTACT CALLED MORE THAN ONE DEALER AND WAS UNABLE TO SCHEDULE A REPAIR WITHIN A REASONABLE TIME FRAME. THE CONTACT HAD NOT EXPERIENCED A FAILURE. PARTS DISTRIBUTION DISCONNECT. UPDATED 10/21/16*LJ
