Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 JEEP LIBERTY. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 55 MPH, THE INSTRUMENT PANEL ILLUMINATED AND THE GAUGES BECAME INOPERATIVE. IN ADDITION, THE WINDSHIELD WIPERS, HEADLIGHTS, AND TURN SIGNALS ILLUMINATED INTERMITTENTLY. THE DEALER DIAGNOSED THAT THE WIRING CLUSTER NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 52,000. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE.
