TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 HONDA CIVIC. WHILE DRIVING VARIOUS SPEEDS, THE SUN VISOR WOULD NOT REMAIN IN PLACE AND FELL CONTINUOUSLY. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE INNER PART WAS FRACTURED AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 65,000. UPDATED 09/30/16*LJ *CN
