Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 DODGE JOURNEY. WHILE COMING TO A STOP AND DEPRESSING THE BRAKE PEDAL, THE STEERING WHEEL VIBRATED AND MADE A LOUD NOISE. THE FAILURE OCCURRED WHEN THE BRAKE PEDAL WAS DEPRESSED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED, BUT THE CAUSE OF THE FAILURE WAS NOT DETERMINED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 3,000.
