Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNED A 2005 DODGE DURANGO. WHILE DRIVING 60 MPH, THE VEHICLE CRASHED INTO A TREE. THE AIR BAGS DID NOT DEPLOY. A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO A JUNK YARD. THE CONTACT SUFFERED TWO FRACTURED BONES IN THE NECK AND ONE FRACTURED BONE IN THE BACK. MEDICAL ATTENTION WAS REQUIRED. THE VEHICLE WAS DESTROYED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE CRASH. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 160,000.
