TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 DODGE CHARGER. WHILE DRIVING 40 MPH, THE BATTERY MODE WARNING LIGHT ILLUMINATED AND THE VEHICLE STALLED. THE CONTACT WAS NOT ABLE TO RESTART THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 40,000.
