TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 BUICK ENCLAVE. WHILE DRIVING VARIOUS SPEEDS, THE VEHICLE HESITATED TO ACCELERATE AND STALLED ONCE WITHOUT WARNING. WHILE AT THE DEALER FOR ROUTINE MAINTENANCE, IT WAS BROUGHT TO THE CONTACT'S ATTENTION THAT THE ENGINE OIL CONTAINED METAL SHAVINGS THAT DESTROYED THE ENGINE. THE DEALER STATED THAT THE ENGINE NEEDED TO BE REPLACED OR REBUILT TO RECTIFY THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE VIN WAS INVALID. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 143,000.
