Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 JEEP RENEGADE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE EMERGENCY BRAKES TURNED ON VOLUNTARILY WHILE DRIVING. THE CONTACT MENTIONED THAT THE FAILURE OCCURRED WHEN THE VEHICLE WAS OFF. IN ADDITION, THE VEHICLE FAILED TO START WHEN THE IGNITION KEY WAS TURNED TO POWER ON. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHERE IT WAS INFORMED THAT THE FAILURE WAS LOCATED AT THE ENGINE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 5,600.
